HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACES AND INTERACTIONS FOR MULTI UAS OPERATIONS

This paper presents some of the emerging Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) display concepts for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations. Some HMI concepts for supporting the control and coordination of multiple-UAS platforms are presented. A number of these concepts were implemented within a laboratory simulation environment and evaluated with human-in-the-loop experiments.
