This paper presents a novel nonlinear piezoelectric circuit that enables the practical application of the nonlinear energy sink (NES) on a typical section. The goal of the NES is to dissipate the energy pumped into the structure from the airflow and then allow stables oscillations in the typical section and modify the flutter and post flutter behavior.
