MULTISTAGE MISSILE TRAJECTORY AND STAGE OPTIMIZATION VIA DELTA-V APPROACH

This paper deals with missile design optimization during a preliminary phase. Delta-V approach is usually used in launch vehicle design process. In this study, we have adapted the existing method to optimize multi-stage missile stages and trajectory simultaneously. Validation and verification are also conducted by comparing the results of two different optimization methods.
