Due to the requirements of strength, stiffness and temperature, many main frame and beam of the aircraft are made of titanium alloys.Traditionally, these structure are independently manufactured. In other words, they are single plane structure, and then are mechanically connected to integral component. With the requirement of lightweight and the development of materials technology,it gradually evolves into a space structure, namely frame and beam integral component.Electron beam additive manufacturing provides the possibility for the realization of this innovation structure in the course of research.Subarea deposition and deposition joint which greatly improve the forming efficiency of the structure are adopted. The technology of conformal annealing effectively controls the deformation of the parts. The results of basic mechanics performance and typical structure test indicate that electron beam additive manufacture exhibits obvious directionality. If the T direction is chosen as the main force direction of the structure, the fatigue performance in slightly higher. It has been proved that the whole weight of frame beam integral component can achieve more than 10% weight loss.
