Recent advances of additive technologies made it possible to make metallic details with extremely high complexity and accuracy.This allow to create novel aircraft structures based on architectured materials - small cells with pre-defined layouts (and thus mechanical properties).The scope of this work is development of effective applications of architectured materials in perspective airframes.
