ON EQUIVALENCE OF POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIALS STRUCTURES LOADING PROGRAMS UNDER FULL-SCALED SERVICE CYCLE TESTING

The fundamental principles and approaches are stated, which are currently recommended by RF Airworthiness authorities in order to provide the equivalence for metal-composite structures service life fill-scale test and the conventional operation. These issues are developed based on analysis of experience in creation and certification of number of aircraft structures.
