The Kinetic and Potential Energy Alternation for Greater Lift Enhancement (KP EAGLE) vehicle will utilize VTOL characteristics similar to multicopters and payload delivery capabilities comparable to small fixed-wing vehicles that are CATO or CTOL. This compromise allows KP EAGLE to fill a current payload weight and range capability void between multicopters and small fixed-wing vehicles.
