HUMAN FACTOR IN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM FLIGHT TEST

In this paper, studying human factor in UAS flight testing can enhance the safety of testing and improve crew performance. secondly, analysis of human factor in UAS flight test is helpful in operator selection and improvement of control station design. Finally, studying of human factor in flight testing can provide an effective guidance and mitigation to avoid human errors in UAS operation.
