DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND FREQUENCY EXPERIMENT OF A NOVEL FLUTTER MODEL FOR AGARD WING 445.6 WITH STRUCTURE-SIMILARITY

No.3 model with weak stiffness was modelled. A reference flutter model of AGARD WING 445.6 was design and manufactured. A frequency experiment, modal analysis and flutter computation of this model was completed. It was found the proposed model can satisfy the requirement of the temporary impulse wind tunnel in China.
