Integrated Time-Based Flow Management (ITBFM) is a concept for improving Traffic Flow Management (TFM) in the next decade by integrating and enhancing today’s independent scheduling capabilities. The ITBFM concept presented is an approach to address a critical step on the road to the Operational Evolution Partnership (OEP) mid-term capabilities and modernized Next Generation Air Traffic Management System (NextGen).
