A collaboration traffic flow management (C-TFM) concept that increases sharing of TFM responsibilities between traffic managers and airlines has been proposed. This paper presents a task analysis that instantiates the concept in operational scenarios. Implications are drawn on experimental factors to support simulation-based feasibility and benefit assessments of this concept.
