Safety and efficiency metrics of the conflict resolution algorithm are expected to improve relative to those established in previous evaluations. Objectives are: (a) assessments in airspace other than Cleveland Center, (b) application of several demand sets, and (c) application of demand levels up to three times the nominal level.
