The proposed method prescribes the loading distribution over the blades. To obtain high flow deflections, and then turbine camber surfaces, mass flowrate has to be enforced along the outlet section. The implicit approach is meant to ensure numerical stability of the time marching computation coupled to such a boundary condition.
