This paper presents the Weather Forecast User Oriented System Including Object Nowcasting (WxFUSION) which analyses and forecasts weather hazards for air traffic. Observations and forecasts are fused for user-defined target weather objects (TWO) by using fuzzy-logic and image matching techniques. For each TWO, weather attributes like severity levels are output.
