Keywords: transpiration flow anti-icing system, nacelle lip acoustic treatment, laser drilled acoustic panel, transpiration flow heat transfer coefficient, ADI method

Acoustically treated nacelle lip transpiration flow anti-icing system is analyzed by solving the two dimensional transient heat conduction equation with a combined transpiration flow convective heat transfer and thermodynamics energy transfer rate boundary condition. The nacelle lip skin surface temperature distribution is determined during transpiration air flow heating.
