Lagrangian Vortex Blob Method is used to optimized the settings of slats, flaps and other control of surfaces with respect to main airfoil section at high Reynolds numbers O(106). The paper visualizes resulting flow fields at high angle of attack flow for clean airfoil and high lift multi-element airfoil.
