Continuous changes in air traffic require a delicate balance between airport capacity and environmental capacity. Consequently, decision-support capability for performing trade-offs needs to be enhanced with optimization methods. This paper presents the results of finding optimal solutions in a case study and introduces new modules for optimization in decision-support systems.
