The paper describes the Agency for Defense Development (ADD) of Korea Environmental Test Facility (ETF) from its genesis, through design, to the commissioning and initial operation. Measured performance of the ETF, together with examples of simulated test scenarios on representative vehicles under a wide range of climatic conditions are presented.
