MILITARY ROTORCRAFT QUALIFICATION IN THE NETHERLANDS - THE ROLE OF NLR

In the paper, an overview will be given of the airworthiness regulations existing in the Netherlands, and their translation into qualification plans and procedures. The involvement of NLR, together with sample compliance analysis and test activities, is presented. A solution is presented to cope with the problem of the absence of a universal military requirements basis like the civil FAR/JAR regulations.
