Since November 1999 the Institute of Aerospace Engineering FME at the Brno University of Technology has been implementing the Phare Tempus Project designed to support the implementation of joint European aviation legislation and JAR regulations in the Czech Republic. The article gives generalized experience in the process of implementation of JAR regulation straining.
