This work presents the design and operational range of the new closed circuit Wind Tunnel of The Aircraft Laboratory of The Sao Carlos Engineering School, University of Sao Paulo - Brazil. The working section cross section is 1.29m high and 1.67m wide with a usable length of 3m.
