Proceedings from previous congresses (ICAS 1998  -  ICAS 2008) are now (February 2010) available online.
 

Individual papers are easily searchable via the  search function  and can be downloaded free of charge. You can search for author, technical keywords or affiliation etc.  You can use a part word and will still get a result (eg. ‘turb’ for ‘turbulence’ etc).

You may still purchase the full CD Rom proceedings from these congresses from the ICAS Secretariat secr.exec@icas.org  at a cost of 120 EUR.
