The ICAS 2010 proceedings will be published on CD Rom. A brief guide to help you prepare your paper in an uniform style for this 'electronic' publicaton is available on http://www.optimage.co.uk/ICAS2010/epstve.htm and can be downloaded here. It gives details of the preferred style and offers templates to ease paper preparation. Deadline for submitting your full paper for inclusion in the CD Rom proceedings is 15 June 2010.
Further details can be obtained here or by contacting the CD Proceedings Editor, Prof I Grant, at editor@optimage.co.uk. Please include 'ICAS' in the subject header of your message. Please pay special attention to the template document available under AUTHOR GUIDE & DEADLINES in the link above.
PLEASE NOTE: THE COPYRIGHT STATEMENT IN THE TEMPLATE MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PAPER (SEE ALSO BELOW).
The Final Technical Programme will be combined with a book of abstracts. Hence authors are requested to provide a very short abstract (50 words) if you did not provide this earlier with your full abstract. Furthermore you have to provide a short biography for the presenting author. Please follow the link on the page AUTHOR GUIDE & DEADLINES and submit your details on the web form.
Authors will receive a note via E-mail from the Secretariat (early August) with some detailed instructions about equipment and procedures in Nice. This information will also be provided on this Web-site.
Number of authors In the printed timetable part of the programme we have only space for maximum 3 authors and their institution, while you may have more on the paper in the proceedings. For cases with more than 3 authors, in the printed timetable, the notation "Name1, Name2, Name 3 et al" is used. All author names and institutions are included in the short abstract section of the program (Final Programme only).
ICAS Paper review process NOTE: If you want your paper to be part of the ICAS Paper review process (see Call for Papers) it has to be sent to the ICAS Secretariat before 15 March 2010. Authors in this category are advised to wait for possible feedback from the review process before final paper upload. In any case, submission well in advance of the deadline, 15th of June 2010, is encouraged.
