The ICAS Secretariat is from January 2011 hosted by the German Society "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Luft-und Raumfahrt Lilienthal-Oberth e.V" (DGLR).

Axel Probst is the ICAS Executive Secretary. He is assisted by Bodo Heinrichs as ICAS Coordinator.
