EDUCATING ENGINEERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCT SERVICE SYSTEMS (PSS)

This paper has the objective to present guidelines for the selection process as well as curriculum design for the future engineers of Embraer, that are going to work with conceiving, designing and implementing Product Service Systems (PSS) for the Executive Aviation Market. The results of the survey suggest that candidates with hollistic approach, business vision, customer focus could be adequate.
