This article mainly studied, under the different temperature, the properties change of organic silicon-based to dielectric properties. From analysising of the high temperature dielectric properties test result and the tendency of radome microwave-transmitting capability with the temperature change?gave the guidance comment to organic silicon-based composites effective application temperature.
