The European SUPRA project pushes flight simulator technologies beyond their current capabilities by developing advanced aerodynamic models and innovative motion cueing solutions. These technologies should enable representative simulation of aircraft behavior in upset conditions that take the aircraft out of the normal envelope, and often lead to loss-of-control in flight.
