We experimentally and numerically investigate structural and aerodynamic characteristics of resonance type elastic flapping wing, which produces both flapping and feathering motions passively using a resonance phenomenon. Vibration mode and thrust of the elastic flapping wings are measured. Numerical vibration analysis with FEM and aeroelastic analysis with CFD are conducted.
