This paper presents an optimization procedure which is used for optimal placement of multi-element two-dimensional high lift aerodynamic system. A goal of this procedure is to maximize of lift force. Novel aerodynamic optimization method, response surface method and micro genetic algorithm, was used in connectivity with computational fluid dynamic.
