The paper describes NeoCASS, a Matlab-based framework for the structural sizing and aeroelastic analysis of aircraft at conceptual design level. Originally developed during EU-FP6 funded SimSAC project, NeoCASS suite became recently an open source project. The paper reports the new capabilities recently introduced together with some significant numerical examples.
