The instantaneous flow organization of SWBLI field with and without separation was investigated by the high spatiotemporal nanoparticle-based planar laser scattering (NPLS) technique and supersonic particle image velocimetry (PIV). The flow features about the reflected shocks, boundary layer state were analyzed, with the instantaneous spanwise structures being discussed.
