This work investigates experimentally several flap side-edge treatments of a MD 30P30N wing for noise reduction such as serrations, splitter plate and porous edges. Wind tunnel experiments with an array of 109 microphones shown that porous flap side-edge has a lower noise of 6 dB when compared with the baseline
