THE CFRP SAILPLANE WING SEGMENTS MANUFACTURED BY FILAMENT PLACEMENT

Two different innovative types of sailplane wing design will be presented in the paper. The compact sandwich structure is manufactured by filament placement onto foam core wing model. The multi-web structure is manufactured by filament placement onto multi-web CFRP core. Both structure concepts are compared from complex point of view.
