There are considered two techniques for flying qualities (FQ) and pilot-induced oscillation (PIO) tendency prediction: technique for ground based simulation and technique based on the criteria developed for the prediction. The content and potentialities of the both techniques to predict FQ and PIO with high reliability are discussed too.
