Keywords: gas turbine engine, manufacturing, disks, blisks

Design of turbine wheels with disk-blades lock joint does lock down improving lifetime, efficiently, decreasing turbine wheel mass. The design concept and process plan is proposed for manufacturing of bimetallic blisks with uncooled and cooled single crystal blades and powder disk using hot isostatic pressing method for perspective aviation turbines.
