This paper reports the development of an aeroelastic model of insect wing based on FEM and on the quasi-steady approach to compute aerodynamic forces using each FE-kinematics. Evaluation of aeroelastic performance shows satisfactory results and paves the way to wing optimization, to evaluation of actuation strategy and aerodynamic model.
