By using prediction of water-spreading-pattern from aircraft that was reported in previous paper, evaluations of mission performance and safety for fire-fighting operation with flight simulator were carried out through development of pilot assistance instruments such as HDD and HMD. Experimental data and pilot comments in water-dropping- and scooping-operation are presented.
