Keywords: high lift, flow control

This paper presents experimental research on passive and active techniques for flow separation control. The goal is improvement of the lift capabilities of flaps in case separation occurs over the flap surface. The control techniques applied are: Nano-pulsed plasma actuators, boundary layer suction and periodic flow excitation through off-surface cylinders.
