Keywords: control allocation, multiple control effectors, control effector superiority, flight performance, takeoff and landing

This paper discusses the control allocation problems during takeoff and landing phase from the angle of flight performance. Control allocation models of takeoff and landing phase are built based on performance optimization. A typical aircraft with multiple control effectors is taken as example to validate the models.
