MODEL FOLLOWING TOTAL IN FLIGHT SIMULATOR AS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL

Total in Flight Simulator for improved student education is described. The Handling Qualities of desired aircraft is shaped using the simulation version of model following method. The numerical examples show that the main handling characteristics of transport aircraft and jet-fighter can be modeled by TIFS based on general aviation aircraft.
