Helicopter fuselage aerodynamic characteristics are an integral part of the flight dynamic and slung load modelling conducted at the Defence Science Technology Organisation (DSTO). This study compares the findings of numerical and experimental investigations into the aerodynamic characteristics of a representative Australian Defence Force (ADF) helicopter fuselage.
