We developed Titanium Metal Matrix Composites (TiMMC) to replace the Ultra-High Strength Steel Material and achieve the 30% reduction of the weight, and the risk of the corrosion problem in the filed. We show the structural integrity of the TiMMC Landing Gear Component, including the FOD characteristics, weight and structure.
