AERODYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF CYCLOIDAL ROTOR

In this paper, an aerodynamics model for cycloidal rotors is presented. The effects of the blade chord, the maximum pitch angle, and the shape of the cycloidal rotor disc are discussed. Based on the analysis, some mechanisms about the aerodynamics of the cycloidal rotor are also revealed.
