TIME DEPENDENT ANALYSIS OF A RECTANGULAR SYNTHETIC JET

The time dependent unsteady nature of synthetic jet of a rectangular slot is investigated using a single component HWA probe, which was traversed along three axes around the slot. The change of synthetic jet nature analyzed using normalized time history (NTH), instantaneous velocity profile, turbulent intensity, normalized power spectra (NPS).
