HAPTIC HOVERING TEACHING SYSTEM FOR HELICOPTERS

This research is targeting the development of a tactile training and assistance system for manually hovering UAV helicopters. Feedback is provided on horizontal and vertical motion as well as optimal control stick input for stabilization. The development was based on experimental results of an earlier developed visual assistant system.
