The preliminary analysis of an all composite business jet wing is presented.A lightweight sandwich construction shell with embedded high modulus carbon fiber caps. The assembly is done with thick bond paste adhesive. The bonded structure is amply superior from both weight and cost than the conventional multi rib/spar.
