This paper describes the design, development, build and preparation for flight test of a unique pneumatic power system to enable flight without conventional control surfaces of the 80kg Demon UAV. Demon achieves pitch and roll control without hinged control surfaces, but instead by using fluidic devices and the coanda effect.
