DATA MINING BASED MULTIPOINT DESIGN OF NEXT GENERATION TRANSONIC WING WITH SMALL SWEEP BACK

This paper described that application of data mining to the multipoint design of a transonic wing. Minimization problem of drag under subsonic and transonic cruise is considered with lower sweep back angle wing according to data mining result. For data mining, analysis of variance and self-organizing map are applied.
