Keywords: morphing wing, membrane wing, flow control, aerodynamic efficiency

Morphing technology is of great interest because it is likely to improve performances and extend flight envelope of aircrafts. In this context, an elastoflexible morphing wing concept, taking advantage of sailwing structure and allowing large changes of wing planform, is experimentally and numerically investigated.
