This paper discussed optimum control wavelength on the basis of Saric’s investigation. The results of numerical calculations and experiments have proved the hypothesis, that the control wavelength in Distributed Roughness Technique should have the quickest growth rate in swept wing boundary layer which transition is dominated by stationary wave.
